Food
- 7 drops per serving of pudding
- 7-9 drops per serving of oatmeal
- 25 drops per litre of diluted agar-agar / jelly mix
Beverages
- 1 drop per 125ml for Coffee or Tea
- 4 drops per can of Soft Drink
- 4-5 drops per cup of Hot Chocolate
- 2 drops per glass of Cocktail
- 5 drops per serving of Protein Shake
Baking
- 3 drops per cup of icing
- 2-3 drops per cup of frosting or whipped cream
- 3-5 drops to substitute a teaspoon of regular local brand flavouring
