We are aware of the delays involving Singpost postage methods during this COVID19 situation and are thankful for the support given by our valued customers. As this country wide effect, we are unfortunately limited in what we can do on our end.
Nonetheless, we are committed to testing out new delivery methods that can hopefully alleviate the delays. For orders placed from the 10th April onwards that pick tracked shipping (Singpost Smartpac), we are looking to upgrade delivery to a point to point courier option.
Do note that this is something we are trying out based on the current circumstances and can be considered a temporary measure for now. Delivery feedback experience is greatly appreciated for us to assess the changes.
